How to Add a Pre-Conference Session

If you registered before the pre-conference sessions opened, you can still add them to your registration and make the most of your AHEPP Annual experience! Instructions on how to add a pre-conference session to an existing conference registration are provided below.


AHEPP Members

  1. Visit  
  2. Use the blue ‘Member Site Sign In’ box to the right of the page and enter the credentials you used when joining AHEPP.
  3. Select 'Manage Profile' in the blue 'My Profile' box
  4. Select 'Event Registrations'
  5. Under 'Upcoming Events', select the 'Edit Entry' icon. 
  6. Click the 'Attendee Selections', select the desired pre-conference session.
  7. Select 'Save and Proceed to Checkout'

Non-AHEPP Members

  • Please contact us at
  • Indicate the session you would like to add and the participant name. 
  • An updated invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
